Daniel Nassoy is a photographer with a passion for nature, men and Paris. Elements that are often represented in his work. When asked about how to describe his art, Daniel summarizes it with one word: escape. It doesn’t matter if it is flowers, gardens, architecture or male nudes, the creation of his photographs marks Daniel’s search for evasion. Daniel Nassoy’s Saint Sebastian series is a collection of portraits of several Parisian men, wrapped in or binded by a rope that seems to represent that generations old struggle of sexual freedom and the right to express yourself. The choice of his signature color, red on black and white, enforces the strength and drama in these beautifully crafted images. Following the heritage of so many masters in the art immortalizing the legacy of Saint Sebastian, Daniel Nassoy has definitely earned his place in the long list of artists who found inspiration in the sufferings of the legendary martyr.

The city of Medellin is the second largest city in Colombia and was founded in 1616. In the 19th century the city was a dynamic commercial centre, playing a major part in the gold and coffee industry. It was the first city to take part in the Industrial Revolution which resulted in the installation of railroads and textile industry. This eventually grew into a large fashion industry, making Medellin the fashion centre of Colombia. There is a lot of beauty to be found in Colombia, so it is no surprise that beauty is the main source of inspiration for photographer German Velasquez. Having studied advertising in Medellin, German discovered the power of photography and decided to move to New York where he studied the art at the NYC School of Visual Arts. But loyal to his country and culture, he returned after his studies to his hometown Medellin and opened here his own studio.

Michel Gelin was born in 1980 in Zurich, Switzerland. As most photographers his first careful steps in the art were by shooting landscapes and architecture. But after seeing an exhibition by Andreas H. Bitesnich, Michel got so inspired that he decided to shift his focus on the sensitive art of fine nude photography.
Spanish from origin, model Aique Hevia mostly spends his time in Amsterdam where he works as manager of a sports center. Aique used to be a professional gymnast but an injury made an end to that career. May 2011.
