Tim Hailand was born in Buffalo in 1965. He currently lives and works in New York City; his work has appeared in Visionaire, The New Yorker, Paper, Playgirl, Frieze, Artforum, W, Time Out London, Dutch, HX, Next, and V magazines, and is also in numerous private and public collections as The Guggenheim Museum and The Museum of Modern Art. Graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York, first solo exhibition in 1997, exhibitions in New York, Milan, Dallas, Mexico City, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington.
He has published four books in a series titled "One Day in the Life of".
