Stefan May commissioned by magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Elle, Max and Amica, also works for major advertising clients. His prestigious books "Couples", "New York" (under the pseudonym Lance Lensfield), "Women" and "Men" have been published by teNeues. The men that May has created this body of work around are splendorous, god-like examples of the male form. Each is a slender, muscular, glowing example of physical perfection. Each image is an electrifying portrait of captured moments in the lives of what are surely high-end fashion models. This is a refined and mature perspective of the male nude from a master photographer, at the height of his skill. It's a spectacular and visionary look at how beautiful men can be. Diretto concorrente del calendario più famoso al mondo "Pirelli", "Dieux du Stade" ha festeggiato nel 2010 i primi dieci anni di attività con le splendide immagini di Tony Duran raccolte nel tradizionale calendario prima e successivamente in un lussuoso libro di 128 pagine edito da teNeues nel maggio dello scorso anno. Le ultime edizioni dell' ormai richiestissimo calendario avevano immagini non particolarmente ricercate se non nel mettere in evidenza la bellezza e la forza di questi moderni dei dello sport; Tony Duran ha invece deciso per immagini in bianco e nero complesse, ricche di particolari e ambientazioni urbane suggestive, metalliche. "Dieux du Stade: Gods of Stadium" ha un formato 26x36 cm e costa 60 dollari. Da Amazon, in fondo alla pagina, decisamente meno. Tony Duran è nato a Winona, Minnesota, si è laureato all' Università del Minnesota, autodidatta ma con un passato di pittore. Il suo lavoro è stato pubblicato su innumerevoli riviste, campagne pubblicitarie, libri e copertine di CD.
