The song "Ci vediamo a casa" (See you at home) was only ranked 6th the last popular Italian Song Festival of San Remo, February 2012, but, probably, it's the most successful song of the event and, probably, its video is one of the first Italian music videos showing an unstereotyped couple of gays. Matthew is born and raised in the Pacific North West in 1950, he started taking guitar lessons when he was 7 and sang in the boy’s choir for the Portland Opera Company when he was 12. He began writing folk music in college in the mid 60’s and sang with Duke Ellington in the early 70’s. He formed a band that played in numerous clubs, hotels and casinos in Portland, Las Vegas, Washington. In 1980 Matthew was hit by a drunk driver and lost the strength and control of his left hand, it took years of work before he could play again. “The Journey” is Matthew's first CD. In 1998 he made his coming out, actually lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his partner Dean.

After being arrested at a civil rights protest in 2008, the singer/songwriter Toby Madigan decided to come out publicly. Since then his new material has begun to include his experiences as a gay man, as in this fun number "Chatroom Romance" (directed by Kevin Tran) which depicts one of those truly evil facets of gay life, chatroom deception... Toby Madigan is originally from Rogers City, Michigan, now he resides in Los Angeles. He is a strong supporter of marriage equality and equal rights for all people regardless of age, sex, race, religion and sexual orientation. His 3rd album "Symphony of Sweat" has been released on May 2011, last year was also out a folk duo project with Rob Ray titled "Naked Peasants". You can buy his music at his site. The film "Between love and goodbye" was written and directed by Casper Andreas in 2008; it's a drama about in and out of love of Kyle and Marcel. Love makes the world go round but love can alternatively flip the world upside-down. The soundtrack of the movie was released on June 2009 and is played by The Inertia Kiss, Simon Miller the lead singer of the group is also the star of the film.

Mad genius as Azis, Pierre Pascual's latest single "J'aime sentir ta bouche glisser..." (I love to feel your lips sliding...) is out from March 2011. Songwriter, videoartist, performer, singer Pierre studies cinema at the University of Bordeaux while writing songs and working on body language. A year later, gets into the Conservatoire National de Région of Bordeaux in the drama section for 3 years. After a career as an actor, Pierre moves to Paris in 2003 and starts to work as a composer and a remixer. His first concept album "Geisha Kim Chen Shi" is released in 2005, in 2006 it's out the EP "Mange nous la minette" (We eat pussy) and with the band Cartel Couture tours France and Europe. Other EPs follow, the 2010 single "Sous les sycomores" has a 19 minutes long music video. Pierre Pascual first album will be released fall 2011. The video is directed by Mick Bulle.

Lou Reed's 1972 second solo album "Transformer" was produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson. "Walk on the wild side" had an immediate, tremendous success; it tells about the journey to New York of some of the models, actors, prostitutes and artists of Andy Warhol's "The Factory",

the place where everything seemed to happen in the 60's. The names were Holly Woodlawn, Candy Darling (Lou Reed wrote another song about Candy, "Candy says"), Joe Dallesandro, Jackie Curtis, Joe Campbell. The saxophone solo was performed by Ronnie Ross, Bowie's friend since childhood, the backing vocals were sung by the girl group Thunderthigs. RCA released a version for the U.S. which eliminated the song's reference to oral sex. The song's title comes from a Nelson Algren's 1956 novel "A walk on the wild side".

Same old story, muscle singer Matt Zarley illustrates it very well in his video for "WTF" (What The Fuck), new single released on May 2011. Matt has previously published 2 EPs, "Here I am" and "Early sessions" and one album called "Debut". Matt Zarley started acting in some commercials, then, thanks to a magnificent voice, had a career in famous Broadway shows as "A Chorus Line", "Chicago", "Cats", "Kiss of the spider woman", "Joseph and Tommy". Actually he is a great crooner, the hit romantic song "Becouse of you" has made him (openly gay) something of a gay icon.
