"Not without my father" was a project by Ryan Pfluger about fatherhood and his MFA thesis in 2007; with his father Ryan has recreated memories of the past and created new ones representing emotions and pieces of their lives left behind. Ryan Pfluger is born in 1984 and raised in Queens, New York; graduated in Photo, Video and Related Media from New York's School of Visual Arts, he has worked for Time, Marie Claire, New York Times magazine, Vogue, GQ, Details, Time Out, OUT, Wired, Spin. Gio Caruso has worked within the entertainment industry for over 20 years as an actor, model, producer, director and writer. Throughout all these jobs, he always had a strong passion for Photography and now makes his living as full time working professional photographer in Fort Lauderdale. His passion for physique images arose while he was living and working in Italy; captivated by the beauty of the magnificent imagery of the human body found in Roman and Greek sculpture. His work spans from fashion to erotic and has appeared in magazines such as DNA, Playgirl, Pulp, Mens Fitness, HotSpots, 411, DNA, Unzipped, TETU, Beautiful and calendars. His work is featured in the book BEAUTIFUL VISION published by Bruno Gmunder in 2010.
