Famosissimo in tutto il mondo il fotografo Howard Roffman (uno dei miei preferiti, vedi 28.8.09) ha pubblicato nella sua lunga carriera 15 libri e relativi calendari. Sono tutti magnifici in uno stile inimitabile, intimo, tenero, sensuale; 
"The boys of Bel Ami" è stato edito da Bruno Gmunder nel novembre 2007, dettagli: 228 pagine, formato 21x23 cm, 51 dollari. Tutti i libri di Roffman si possono trovare a ottimi prezzi da Amazon.
