Dimitris Yeros is born in Greece in 1948. He has been one of the first artists to present Performances, Body Art, Video Art, and Mail Art in Greece with more than fifty individual exhibitions in Greece and abroad. 
He is represented by important galleries as Throckmorton Fine Arts in New York, Holden Luntz gallery in Palm Beach, Vance Martin Fine Arts in San Francisco and Kapopoulos Fine Art in Athens. 
Numerous works by Yeros can be found in private collections, national galleries and museums, The J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, the International Centre of Photography in New York, the Tate Gallery and the British Museum in London, the Fine Arts Museum in Montreal. 
Many books have also been published about his art.
