Noboru Takatsuki is a well known artist behind many yaoi (gay) games and mangas. The name is surely fictional, so I don't know if this author is male or female; I prefer thinking about it as a male, recent works are close to muscular bara (very masculine manga). Anyway "he" has a lot of talent (even if it isn't the genre of design I prefer) and that what matters. Noboru Takatsuki has done one manga "Renai Shinan" (more or less "Love is hard"), still not licensed overseas.
