history of male nude photography 148

The style of Walter Kundzick (see 14.8.12) was absolutely innovative; his photos have the appearance of snapshots and the guys show themselves fully relaxed to the camera. Many of his models are dressed up as the dream men of gay fantasy, such as sailors, cowboys and Indians. His first catalogue was dedicated to only one model: Jim Stryker, whom he had met shortly after his eighteenth birthday and who turned out to be his best-selling model for over seven years. Although the laws became less strict in the sixties, Kundzicz had a second trial.
