Kris Pito is born in Long Island, NY, in 1974; graduated Bachelor in Fine Arts at the Parsons School of Design, lives and works in New York. Since 1994 has been documenting himself with photographs creating an ongoing body of work that deals with universal themes of identity, isolation, introversion, and transition. First solo exhibition in Autumn 2005 in N.Y., group exhibitions in Los Angeles and New York.
